I will discuss multiscale models of the immune response, describing both molecular and cellular scale dynamics through coupled dynamical models, using deterministic ordinary differential systems and stochastic agent-based models. I will focus on the relevance of such models, from a modeling and from an immunological point of view, and illustrate discussions with concrete achivements obtained using in silico models.

Mainly interested in mathematical and computational models of cell differentiation, proliferation and death, including regulatory mechanisms, with an emphasis on the immune response.http://math.univ-lyon1.fr/~crauste/
